EXERCISE: is one of the most important things one can do for managing stress, anxiety, fear and panic. Everyone should have a physical examination before beginning an exercise program, especially those who have never participated in one before. There are few people who cannot go at least for a walk, even in only a short distance. Exercise does several positive thing for us. It is said to release endorphins, a chemical in the brain which contributes to our well-being. More important, to me, is the fact that exercise uses up the negative energy that could otherwise be a contributing factor to a panic attack.
